Bedroom 2 - ground floor, king size bed, TV with in built DVD player, fitted wardrobe, cabinet, mirror, double doors into the garden, ensuite with walk in shower

Bedroom 3 - first floor via staircase, king size bed, dressing table with mirror, wardrobe, ensuite with spacious shower cubicle

Bedroom 4 - first floor via a second staircase, four single beds, chest of drawers, mirror, TV with in built DVD player & bean bags - great for children!

Two further fold out single beds can be placed in any of the bedrooms for a small additional linen charge

Wooden cot and a travel cot (visitors to provide cot linen) - wooden cot normally in bedroom 1 but can be moved into other rooms

Two highchairs (wooden with tray and a plastic IKEA plastic)

Stairgates on the bottom of both staircases and a third outside bedroom 4 for children and dogs!

Extendable dining table which can seat 12+

Very dog friendly with hard floors throughout the downstairs & enclosed garden

All the essentials are provided - towels, bed linen, tea towels, oven gloves, washing up liquid, toilet roll, kitchen roll, cleaning products (if needed), washing powder, essential toiletries - you just need to bring your clothes!
